Before listening to Broadcast 0, I think it's important to explain what this project is.
 
Perhaps more importantly...
...what it isn't.
 
Broadcast 0 isn't conventional hypnosis. It doesn't chase rapid trance, constant reassurance, or a particular outcome. Instead, it asks a much quieter question:
What happens if we simply remain?
 
In this discussion I talk about why I created the series, how my thinking around hypnosis and BDSM has changed over the years, and why I've become increasingly interested in attention, anticipation, stillness, and ordinary experience.
 
This isn't a lecture or an attempt to convince you of anything.
 
It's simply an invitation into the ideas that shaped the recordings.
